MAC Property started with a career change and a conviction — that buying or selling a home is a people problem long before it's a sales one.
I grew up in the Central West and always knew this was where I wanted to build something of my own. After years working in corporate Human Resources, I decided I needed a career change. I have always loved property and had a desire to build my own business, so MAC Property was born. I don't fit the stereotype of the "typical" real estate agent — I bring people skills, not sales skills, and that's what I believe really matters.
I get to work with people during one of the biggest decisions of their life: buying or selling a property, or renting out their hard-earned investment.
I'm a one-woman band, and that means picking up the phone myself. It means knowing which streets flood, which blocks get the afternoon sun, and which buyers are serious before you waste a seller's Saturday on an open home. It means treating a $400,000 sale with the same care as a $2 million rural property, because to the family selling it, it's everything.
MAC Property is still young, but it's built to last — on referrals, on reputation, and on the kind of service you can only give when you're not managing forty listings at once.
- Local first — every listing, every buyer, every referral stays close to home
- Direct access — you speak to Michelle, not a receptionist
- Honest advice — even when it's not what a seller wants to hear
